Celebrate Oklahoma Voices presented by Story Chasers, Inc. (an Oklahoma nonprofit) and many other partner organizations. COV is a statewide digital storytelling project empowering learners to become digital witnesses, archiving local oral history and sharing that history safely on the global stage of the Internet. Computer Lab Requirements

Generally COV workshops are held in computer labs which are 3 years old or newer. Computer lab operating systems can be either  WindowsXP or Vista, or Macintosh OS X.

Computer labs must:
  1. Have at least 25 computers with high speed Internet access (1 per participant)
  2. Have a LCD projector connected to a presenter computer, or capable of connecting to a presenter-provided laptop
  3. Have audio speakers for the presenter computer
  4. Have AC power outlets available for lead facilitator and co-facilitator laptops , and either:
    1. Hardware ethernet connections
    2. WiFi access in the lab (login credentials should be provided to the workshop lead facilitator 
  5. Have required software installed on all participant computers and the presenter computer in advance of the workshop.
  6. Have a pre-defined, guest user / participant login setup which can access required software programs listed below. Login credentials should be provided to the lead facilitator in advance of the workshop.
  7. Have an emergency contact person available during the actual workshop who can be called to assist in person with any technical difficulties. The name and cell phone number of this lab emergency contact person should be provided to the lead facilitator in advance of the workshop.
Required Website Whitelist
Lab managers should verify the following websites are accessible on participant computers, USING THE GENERIC/PROVIDED GUEST LOGIN ACCOUNT prior to the workshop. If one or more is not accessible, the local computer network administrator must whitelist the following websites to permit full access by both participant computers as well as guest laptops brought by participants and/or facilitators:
